No worries: the code usually becomes active on the delivery day.

If the code still doesn’t work after that, please contact our customer service.

We do our best to make the checkout process as easy and safe as possible. However, many payment providers refuse to work with us due to the nature of our products. We believe this is unfair, but it limits the payment methods we can offer.

Prepayment

You can pay for your order in advance using the following reliable methods:

• Netherlands – iDEAL: Safe and fast payment via your own banking environment.
• Belgium – Bancontact: Simple and reliable payment through your Belgian bank.
• Germany – Onlineüberweisen: Direct payment via your German online banking.

Yes, all our orders are always packaged and shipped discreetly. This way the contents remain private, and nothing on the outside reveals what’s inside the package.

Do you have a defective device? On the product page, under specifications, you can find how long the warranty applies to that product.

We do our best to keep all products in stock. However, sometimes a product may be temporarily unavailable.

Usually, the product is available again within 7 days. Will it take longer? Feel free to contact our customer service for an estimated delivery time.

If your e-cigarette or vaporizer doesn’t seem to work, the battery may simply be empty and needs charging. If the device has just been taken off the charger and still does nothing, it’s likely that the battery is still turned off. Most batteries can be switched on and off by quickly pressing the fire button 5 times in a row. If this doesn’t solve the problem, please contact our customer service — they’ll be happy to help you!
