What are the exceptions to the return policy? Due to hygiene reasons, not all of our items can be returned. Unfortunately, you cannot track the status of your return shipment. Once your package arrives at our facility, we process it as quickly as possible. We will send you an email to confirm its arrival, and we will keep you updated thereafter.

Unfortunately, we do not provide home pickup service for product returns. You will need to arrange the return of the product yourself by either dropping it off at a designated return location or shipping it back to us.

In most cases, yes. However, it depends on the condition of the product. To receive a full refund, it's important to return the product in its original condition, unopened/unused, and undamaged. This ensures that you are eligible for a complete refund of the purchase amount.

Can I also exchange my product in the store

Once we have received your return shipment, we will contact you, and then we will send out your new product. Usually, you will have it back in your possession the following day.
