The Damp-e website and products are intended for individuals aged 18 and older. Damp-e emphasizes that individuals under the age of 18 are not allowed to place orders. Damp-e accepts no liability for the consequences of an order placed by a person under the age of 18. All products offered by Damp-e must be kept out of reach of persons under 18 years of age.

• Loss of product effectiveness
• Yield results
• Physical and/or mental complaints (including but not limited to: dizziness, palpitations, headaches, confusion, inducing psychosis)
• Impaired reaction capacity
• Other personal injury and/or disability resulting from the use of the product

The products offered by Damp-e cannot be considered as medicine and should not be used as a substitute for (ongoing) medical treatment(s) and/or medical advice from a healthcare provider. Therefore, the products cannot be used as a substitute for a prescribed medication. The products of Damp-e should never be used in combination with medications, alcohol, supplements, antidepressants (MAO inhibitors, SSRIs, SNRIs, and TCAs), and other substances with similar effects.

Damp-e only sells products that comply with the conditions described in the Opium Act and are not listed on Schedule I & II of the Opium Act. Sales will only take place for medical and/or scientific reasons, as described in Article 8 of the Opium Act. Additionally, Damp-e imposes restrictions on sales: a buyer can purchase a maximum of 5 (hemp) seeds per day. If there is suspicion, based on the type of product the agreement relates to, whether or not in combination with the persons to whom the products are delivered, the method and place of delivery, as well as the duration and extent of the delivery, that it is being supplied to large-scale growers or traders, Damp-e reserves the right to terminate the agreement at any time. Refund of the purchase amount will be processed as soon as possible; the payment will be made within 30 days after receipt of the return shipment. Refunds will be made to the previously provided bank account number.

All information provided by Damp-e via the website or by its employees via telephone, email, or other means of communication is purely for informational purposes and should not be considered as medical advice. Although Damp-e and its employees will always strive to perform their duties to the best of their abilities, it cannot be guaranteed that product descriptions and information provided via the website or by employees via email, telephone, or other communication channels are accurate, complete, reliable, up-to-date, and error-free. Damp-e points out that in some cases, the form and colors of packaging may be changed while it refers to the same product as described.

In addition to consulting the website or employees, the buyer is responsible for familiarizing themselves ("duty to investigate") with the use, operation, and any health risks of the ordered product. Damp-e is not liable for damages caused by incorrect or unlawful use of the delivered products.

All products sold by Damp-e comply with Dutch legislation, including the Opium Act. Damp-e cannot provide 100% reliable information about sales and delivery outside the Netherlands. Therefore, the buyer of the product must familiarize themselves with whether the import of the product is legal and assume responsibility and legality for complying with local laws and customs regulations. Damp-e is not responsible and/or liable for orders shipped at the buyer's request if it is found that the product is illegal in the country to which the order is shipped. Damp-e is also not responsible for any confiscation and/or destruction of products by customs or other authorities in the country where the order is delivered or in countries passed during transportation. In the event of the aforementioned, Damp-e will not refund the purchase and shipping amount or compensate for any damages to the buyer. The responsibility lies with the buyer from the moment they place the order.
