We ship orders to almost every country. For each destination, we work with a reliable local postal or parcel service, ensuring your order is delivered by a carrier with a solid reputation in your country.
Note: we only ship products that are legally permitted in the destination country. Not every item in our assortment can be shipped everywhere.
📦 Track & Trace and optional insurance
All shipments come with Track & Trace by default, so you can easily follow your package after dispatch.
Shipments are not insured by default. Want extra peace of mind? Choose a insured shipment. If your order does not arrive, we will send you a replacement free of charge — provided the products are legal in the destination country (see our disclaimer).

We always charge shipping fees. This is a conscious choice: our product prices remain transparent and sharp, without hidden surcharges for shipping. That way, you always pay a fair rate per order.
