When you receive a track & trace, it means that the carrier has picked up the package from our warehouse. If the track & trace indicates that the package has not been received or processed yet, it means that the parcel service has not had the opportunity to scan the package at the sorting center. Once the package is scanned at the sorting center, the track & trace will display the expected delivery date and time.

Easily check the status of your order using the Track & Trace link. You can find this link in your shipping confirmation email. If you have received a shipping confirmation but the Track & Trace code is not working, please note that it may only become active on the day of delivery. If your code still doesn't work, please contact our customer service for assistance.

Are you experiencing a burnt taste and low to no vapor production? There is a high chance that the coil in your e-cigarette is burned. This can occur when the coil has been used for an extended period or when a new coil is installed without allowing sufficient time for it to absorb an adequate amount of e-liquid. If you are experiencing burnt or poorly performing coils, it is recommended to replace the coil and allow it enough time to absorb e-liquid properly. If this does not resolve the issue, please feel free to contact our customer service, as they will be happy to assist you further!

When you have an e-cigarette or vaporizer that doesn't seem to work, it could be due to a simple reason such as the battery being empty and needing to be charged. If the device has just been taken off the charger and doesn't respond, it's likely that the battery is turned off. Most batteries can be turned on and off by quickly pressing the fire button five times in succession. If this doesn't resolve the issue, please contact our customer service, as they will be happy to assist you further!

Despite our efforts to ensure that all products are always in stock, it occasionally happens that a product is out of stock. In most cases, out-of-stock items are replenished within 4 days. If a product has been out of stock for an extended period, please contact our customer service. They will be able to assist you further and provide an estimate of when the product will be back in stock.
