Entered a wrong address or email? Please contact our customer service immediately. After shipment, changes are no longer possible and you are responsible. If your package is delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect details, you are held accountable.
If your package cannot be delivered because of this, it will be returned. The carrier will charge the shipping costs you originally paid at checkout + €5.00 handling fee. These costs will be passed on to you.
Note: Perishable products (such as short shelf-life or cooled items) cannot be resent after being returned and must unfortunately be discarded.
