And here we go again, the countless great crosses from the US continue with Dolato. This strain is the result of a cross between Gelato #41 and Do-Si-Dos (Nor Cal cut)! Yes, you can't go wrong with crossing two of the most amazing cultivars out there. Gelato is known for its sweet, but gassy and fruity Italian ice cream aroma and creamy taste with an unmatched super relaxed high that lasts forever. Just like its cousin Sunset Sherbet, you can expect a miracle when grown optimally. Do-Si-Dos also needs no further explanation. This strain owes its popularity to its all-encompassing qualities that represent a wide spectrum within the cannabis genome. It is the result of a cross between Face Off OG, a powerful old-school OG Kush phenotype, and OGKB (OG Kush Breath), an OG-dominant phenotype that belongs to the Cookie/Gelato family.

The Cultivation

Growing Dolato can be a bit tricky and definitely requires your daily care and attention. As with all Gelato-dominant crosses, you want to make sure you don't overfeed them and don't expose them to too much light or high temperatures. Some are also very sensitive when it comes to Low-Stress Training. They also tend to grow slowly in the vegetative phase. Some phenotypes can take up to 10 weeks to flower and tend to stretch a bit, so make sure to have enough space. Although Dolato may be a demanding girl, the results are nevertheless stunning, and you will easily fall in love with her.

Dolato offers everything you would expect from a mix of such great parents. Just like Gelato #41, Dolato hits you with a wave of all those Gelato terpenes and brings greater production to the table. The Do-Si-Dos part of the genetics guarantees an extra euphoric, feel-good effect, and even more of that cakey, doughy, creamy mix of flavors and aromas.
