Once we have processed your return, we will refund you within 5 working days. The amount will be refunded to the account you used for payment. Depending on your bank, it may take an average of 2 to 5 working days for the money to appear in your account.

If you have just placed your order, please wait until it is shipped. After that, you will receive the invoice via email. If you are certain that our email is not in your spam folder, please send an email to our customer service, and we will be happy to send you the invoice again.

Once the refund process has been initiated, it may take up to 5 business days for the amount to be credited back to your account. Yes, it is possible to pick up your package at a pick-up location. This option is available for most countries during checkout. If the option is not available, you can choose a pick-up point yourself after shipment through the carrier's website (such as DHL, UPS, or PostNL). Please note that you can only select a location close to the provided address. Unfortunately, we cannot assist with this; you will need to arrange it yourself via the carrier's website. The necessary information can be found in the track & trace link you receive once your order has been shipped.

If you place an order for more than €25.00, we always offer a FREE shipping option.

We do everything we can to ensure that you receive your package the next day. However, due to the strict measures in place, there is currently a higher volume of packages, which can result in delays. The delivery vans also reach capacity quickly, so it's not always possible to deliver your order the next day. When you place your order, you will see the available delivery slots. Choose the one that works best for you.

The delivery person will leave your package with your neighbors if possible. If that is not possible, the delivery person will take your package to a nearby pick-up point for you to collect.
