Payment and Refund

After receiving and processing your return or cancellation, we usually refund you within 5 working days. Depending on your bank, it may take a little longer before the amount is visible in your account.

We do our best to make the checkout process as easy and safe as possible. However, many payment providers refuse to work with us due to the nature of our products. We believe this is unfair, but it limits the payment methods we can offer.

Prepayment

You can pay for your order in advance using the following reliable methods:

• Online bank transfer: Manually and securely transfer to our account number.
• Netherlands – iDEAL: Safe and fast payment via your own banking environment.
• Belgium – Bancontact: Simple and reliable payment through your Belgian bank.
• Germany – Onlineüberweisen: Direct payment via your German online banking.

As soon as you start the checkout process, you enter a secure online environment. This means no one else can secretly view your details. Your transaction data is sent encrypted through an SSL connection, which you can recognize by the green padlock in your browser.

After placing your order, you’ll automatically receive an invoice by email. You can also always find your invoice in your account under My orders. Didn’t receive the invoice or noticed something wrong? Please contact us and we’ll fix it for you right away.

The refund amount is shown in the email you receive from us. We always refund using the same payment method you used for your order. Don’t see the amount in your account? First, check the payment account you used. Still nothing? Please contact us and we’ll look into it right away.
