What are the exceptions to the return policy? Due to hygiene reasons, not all of our items can be returned. Some examples include: E-liquids or herbs with broken seals Used e-cigarettes or vaporizers Mouthpieces/drip tips Coils with broken seals To make it as easy as possible, you can find all these conditions clearly outlined on the returns policy page.

Unfortunately, you cannot track the status of your return shipment. Once your package arrives at our facility, we process it as quickly as possible. We will send you an email to confirm its arrival, and we will keep you updated thereafter.

Within 14 days of receiving your product, you have two options:

• Exchange your product for another product.
• Return your product and get a refund. Check the return conditions on the Returns page and fill out the return form.

Notify your return via the online return form. Prepare your product for the return journey: Pack it securely. Use the original packaging of the product to minimize the risk of damage. Place the packaging in a sturdy box and seal it properly. Send the package back through one of the following options: A nearby PostNL or DHL service point. One of our stores.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you can register your return within 14 days after receiving the product. You must return the unopened and unused product, along with all included accessories, in its original condition and packaging.

Once we have received your return in good condition, we will refund the full order amount, including shipping costs, within 14 days. The cost of returning the product is your responsibility and depends on the carrier and the country of shipment.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply fill out an online form on our website.

NOTE: Some products cannot be returned.

In most cases, yes. However, it depends on the condition of the product. To receive a full refund, it's important to return the product in its original condition, unopened/unused, and undamaged. This ensures that you are eligible for a complete refund of the purchase amount.

That is certainly not intended. Please contact our customer service, and we will make sure you receive the correct products.

Unfortunately, you cannot track the status of your return anywhere. Once your package arrives at our facility, we will process it as soon as possible. We will send you an email to confirm its arrival and keep you updated thereafter.

Once we have received your return shipment, we will contact you, and then we will send out your new product. Usually, you will have it back in your possession the following day.

Some products are not eligible for return. This applies to:

• Sealed products whose seal has been broken after delivery, such as liquids, seeds, supplements, e-liquids, and other hygienic products. These cannot be returned due to health and hygiene regulations.
• Products with a short shelf life (THT), such as food, candy, truffles, grow kits, and other perishable products. These cannot be returned if they are no longer sellable due to the short shelf life.

Please note: Products that are returned and are subject to an exception will not be refunded.
