You can easily do this through the online return form.

You can return products within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

Products that cannot be returned for hygienic or safety reasons (such as opened liquids, food items, or perishable products) are excluded from the return policy.

You have 14 days to return a product. In most cases, return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Sometimes an exception applies; this will always be clearly indicated when registering your return.

After receiving and checking your return, we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible, usually within 14 working days. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used.

Any shipping costs will only be refunded if you return the entire order.

Yes, you can track the status of your return once you have registered it with us and sent it through our return process. You will then receive a Track & Trace code to see where your package is and when it arrives with us.

If you return the package on your own initiative, unfortunately the status cannot be tracked through us.

If you don’t collect a package or refuse it at the door, it will be returned. The carrier charges costs for this: the shipping costs you paid at checkout + €5.00 handling fee. These costs will be passed on to you.

Products with a short shelf-life or that require cooling cannot be resent after being returned. Unfortunately, these must be discarded.
