Have you already received a shipping confirmation but the Track & Trace code doesn’t work yet? No worries: the code usually becomes active on the delivery day.

We do our best to make the checkout process as easy and safe as possible. However, many payment providers refuse to work with us due to the nature of our products. We believe this is unfair, but it limits the payment methods we can offer.

We do our best to keep all products in stock. However, sometimes a product may be temporarily unavailable.
Usually, the product is available again within 7 days. Will it take longer? Feel free to contact our customer service for an estimated delivery time.
If your e-cigarette or vaporizer doesn’t seem to work, the battery may simply be empty and needs charging. If the device has just been taken off the charger and still does nothing, it’s likely that the battery is still turned off. Most batteries can be switched on and off by quickly pressing the fire button 5 times in a row. If this doesn’t solve the problem, please contact our customer service — they’ll be happy to help you!
