Once you have submitted your product through the form: warranty form, follow these steps: Place the product fully in its original packaging. Include the paperwork from the warranty request form. Pack everything together in a sturdy box and seal it securely. Once the product is packaged, print out your shipping label and affix it to the box.

Do you not have access to a printer? In that case, try checking your surroundings or see if you can print at someone else's place. Unfortunately, we do not have an alternative solution available at the moment.

If your product malfunctions within the warranty period due to a manufacturing defect, the repair will be completely free of charge. Even if the defect is due to user error, we can assist you with the repair, but there will be a cost involved. We cannot provide an upfront estimate of the expenses.
