About the Resistance

The Geekvape B Series Coils are available in different resistances. There are coils available for both MTL (Mouth-To-Lung) and DTL (Direct-To-Lung) vaping. All resistances are best used with e-liquids that contain no more than 70% VG.

0.3 ohm DTL
The 0.3 ohm coil produces more vapor than the 0.4 ohm coil. With the DTL coil, you can inhale directly into the lungs, and the vapor production is significantly higher. This coil is best vaped between 30 watts and 38 watts.

0.4 ohm DTL
The 0.4 ohm coil produces more vapor than the 0.6 ohm coil. With the DTL coil, you can inhale directly into the lungs, and the vapor production is significantly higher. This coil is best vaped between 25 watts and 35 watts.

0.6 ohm MTL
The 0.6 ohm coil produces less vapor than the 1.2 ohm coil. The MTL coil simulates the sensation of smoking a traditional cigarette, providing a tighter draw. This coil is best vaped between 15 watts and 25 watts.

1.2 ohm MTL
The 1.2 ohm coil is specifically designed for MTL vaping. The MTL coil simulates the sensation of smoking a traditional cigarette, providing a tighter draw. This coil is best vaped between 10 watts and 14 watts.

About the Coils

The Geekvape B Series Coils are made with Kanthal A1 mesh. This mesh technology enhances the flavor production compared to traditional Kanthal wire coils. The MTL coils mimic the draw of a tobacco cigarette, while the DTL coils offer a more airy draw similar to a hookah. A coil typically lasts between 1 to 2 weeks.

Using Geekvape B Series Coils

Before installing an Aegis Boost Coil in your tank, it is recommended to prime it first. Priming involves moistening the coil with e-liquid: apply a few drops of e-liquid to all the white cotton areas.
