The Humi-Smart packs are available in different humidity percentages, and the choice of percentage depends on what you intend to store, the type of container, and the duration of storage. A Humi-Smart pack with a humidity percentage of 72% is ideal for conditioning a wooden humidor before use. The wood of the humidor will absorb some moisture during the process of preparing a new wooden humidor (or one that hasn't been used for an extended period). Humidors that are already prepared for use generally require a humidity pack with a moisture percentage of around 65%, although this may vary depending on what you are storing, the quantity of items being stored, and the duration of storage.
