Indian Elements Guarana

Guarana (paullinia cupana) is a herb originating from the tropical rainforests of Brazil. Guarana contains four times more caffeine than coffee, and is absorbed more evenly and better in the body than regular caffeine. In addition to caffeine, guarana also contains guaranine, theobromine, and theophylline.

Gaurana has broadly the same properties as coffee: it can provide a boost and increase energy, while reducing the need for sleep.

Guarana can be dissolved in water, coffee, tea, or warm milk as a powder.
