How to use these herbs?

Use approximately between 1 to 5 grams of kratom leaves in a tea egg or sieve and place it in a cup or mug. Pour boiling water over the kratom leaves and let it steep for about 5-10 minutes. Remove the tea egg or sieve and optionally add sugar or honey to enhance the taste.

Take a small amount of the fine kratom leaves and fill the vaporizer with it. Set the desired temperature on the vaporizer (between 175°C and 200°C) and wait until the device reaches the temperature.
