Indian Elements Wild Lettuce

Wild Lettuce, also known as opium lettuce and 'great lettuce', is an herb originally from Central and Southern Europe, but nowadays can be found in many other regions around the world.

Effects of Indian Elements Wild Lettuce

Wild Lettuce is said to have effects similar to opium but milder. The active components of wild lettuce do not consist of opioids and therefore are not believed to have addictive side effects. Additionally, it is said to promote a good night's sleep.

How are these herbs used?

Wild Lettuce is generally brewed into tea, with 1 to 2 teaspoons being a common dosage. Let it steep for ten to fifteen minutes before drinking the tea. The ideal vaporization temperature is around 140°C.
