How to use this product?

Drop the tincture under the tongue and swallow. Or add to tea, coffee, smoothies, or recipes. One full dropper in a 30ml bottle equals 0.6 ml, and in a 50 ml bottle, it's 2 ml. The maximum daily dosage is 2 ml.
