How do I use this product?

For best results, drop the tincture directly under the tongue and then swallow. You can also add the tincture to your favorite beverage, such as tea, coffee, or even smoothies. A full dropper from the 30ml bottle contains 0.6 ml of tincture, while for the 50ml bottle it is 2 ml. We recommend a maximum dosage of 2 ml per day. Please note, the tinctures are potent. Give your body a break of one week after every three months of use.
