How do I use this product?
Fermented Lion’s Mane is supplied in a sturdy glass jar containing 60 capsules. The products from Living Nutrition are suitable for vegetarians, vegans, and those with gluten allergies. Dosage: Take one capsule twice a day with meals. Capsules can be opened and added to drinks or food. Avoid ingestion with (very) hot foods or drinks, which can damage the delicate nutrients. Menthol druppeltjes geleverd op de meegedeelde datum. Wel veel duurder dan voorheen in de winkel, maar ik ben er toch blij mee.
Twijfelde eerst maar het werd meteen de volgende dag geleverd. Ben erg tevreden. Wel jammer dat de verzendkosten zo hoog zijn.
