SMOK RPM Coils

SMOK RPM Coils are designed for use with the SMOK Nord RPM Pods, SMOK Nord 2 RPM Pods, or in the SMOK Nord Kit and SMOK Nord 2 Kit. There are different coil options available depending on your preferences. If you're looking to buy SMOK RPM Coils, read on for more information!

About the Resistance

There are three different resistances available for SMOK RPM Coils. These coils are best used with e-liquids that contain no more than 70% VG due to the viscosity of the liquid.

0.4 Ohm Mesh Coil
The 0.4 ohm mesh coil is a sub-ohm coil designed for direct lung inhalation. The recommended wattage range for the SMOK RPM coil is around 25 watts.

0.6 Ohm Triple Coil
The 0.6 ohm triple coil can be used for both mouth-to-lung and direct lung vaping. This coil produces less vapor compared to the 0.4 ohm coil. The SMOK RPM coil can be used around 25 watts.

0.8 Ohm MTL Coil
The 0.8 ohm MTL coil is a mouth-to-lung coil designed to mimic the sensation of smoking a cigarette. This coil also produces less vapor compared to the 0.4 ohm coil. The SMOK RPM coil can be used around 16 watts.

About the Coils

The 0.4 ohm coil is available in a mesh variant, the 0.6 ohm coil is made of Nichrome, and the 0.8 ohm coil is made of Ferrochrome. Depending on the coil you choose, there is a specific inhalation style associated with it. The 0.4 ohm mesh coil is a sub-ohm coil designed for direct lung vaping. The 0.8 ohm MTL coil is a standard Kanthal coil designed for mouth-to-lung vaping, simulating the experience of smoking a cigarette.

A coil typically lasts between 1 to 2 weeks before it needs to be replaced.

Using SMOK Nord RPM Coils

Before installing the coil, it is recommended to prime it by adding a few drops of e-liquid to the top of the coil or on the side openings of the cotton. This priming process helps prevent the coil from burning during the initial use. Insert the coil into the bottom of the pod. There is no need to tighten the coil.
