What is a (box) mod?

If the temperature exceeds the set limit, the mod automatically reduces the wattage, thus lowering the temperature. This prevents the cotton in the coil from burning too quickly! With the curve mode, you can set a specific wattage based on how long you hold the fire button. This is particularly useful for coils that take longer to heat up. For example, you can set the mod to fire 20 watts higher than the set wattage for the first second to speed up coil heating.
